Bite Stream and Untap’s merger is featured in Asset Servicing Times, highlighting the creation of Bite Stream+.
Bite Stream and Untap have merged to create Bite Stream+, a platform that aims to consolidate multiple fund management processes into one system.
The solution is said to combine Untap’s portfolio monitoring and reporting with Bite Stream’s investor relations and compliance tools. This will allow alternative asset managers to manage fundraising and investor communication processes in a compliant and transparent environment, the companies say.
“By integrating Untap’s portfolio management expertise with Bite Stream’s investor engagement tools, we are delivering a seamless, end-to-end digital experience that no other provider in the market can match,” says William Rudebeck, co-founder and co-chairman of Bite Investments.
Juan Manrique, co-founder and CEO of Untap, adds: “This merger is more than just a step forward — it’s a transformation in how fund managers operate. Together, we’re giving our clients a competitive edge by removing complexity, improving efficiency, and setting a new benchmark for digital fund management.”
